we ate at starbucks, which is only 800 ft away, it suited our needs. we really enjoyed the staff and rooms and really fair prices. honestly nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with good TV and free Wi-Fi. the hotel had a beautiful view of the lake and volcano. the hotel also offers good massage.
The hotel is not located near other places such as malls or restaurants. the roads were not walking-friendly and public transportation in the area was not convenient.

Great view and friendly staff. Convenient location close to attractions. The breakfast was good.
The rooms were not well maintained and had many issues, from outdated decor to dirty carpets. The aircon was noisy and ineffective.
